The one thing about me, what I rely on more than all the training qualifications and the lectures by researchers and the "gods of fitness", is my experience that I've gained from training all of my clients over the past 20+ years.

 

Those clients have included a wide variety of people with many types of personalities, from Doctors to Teachers, Lorry drivers to CEO’s, Sporting legends to TV presenters, and I have always helped my clients to achieve their goal of running that race, improving their sporting game, feeling slim & healthy like they used to and even helping clients to carefully bounce back from the weakest they’ve ever been due to devastating health issues.

It is this wealth of experience that I trust more than anything because it enables me to think outside the box to help a client achieve their goal. It tells me when something isn't right with an certain exercise for a client even if the "manual" says that's the exercise to do. To me this is what you're really paying for when you enlist a personal trainer to help you.
