Golfers Pathway to improvement
Knowledge is power
To start improving your golfing performance in the most efficient way, we will first need analyse your physical health, fitness and the efficiency of your motions to uncover all your strengths and weaknesses. Using this key information we can then create your bespoke pathways and routines designed around your lifestyle to combat and overcome any issues in a positive all-inclusive way.

Below is the pathway we will go on first to gather some key knowledge about you.

Step 1:
Screening Questionnaire

This questionnaire will provide me with some key information about you. It will also give you a chance to think about the injuries you have had and your other goals before we meet.

Step 2:
Assessment Session
​
It is impossible to create a truly bespoke training plan and pathway based on a questionnaire. So, we need to use this assessment to find out what your body is telling us, from your head to your toe.
This is the part where we break down then look at movements that you use during your golf game to see how they perform. This is where you will find out things you didn’t even know you were doing.

Are we compatible?
YES
If you wish to sign up with me as your trainer then great and I will move forward with analyzing your feedback and results.
NO
If no, then I understand, and I wish you luck on your journey. There is no charge to this point, but if you wish to thank me for the help and information, I have provided so far then please make a donation (suggested £100) to your local charity in my honor.
Step 3:
Analyse
​
Your results will be assessed and put through my bespoke golf algorithms that have been refined using the results from a large number of golfers ranging from amateurs to tour pro's that i have helped,
These algorithms will produce certain scores that we can use as benchmarks for improvement.
Step 4:
First routine
​
This is where we start to become more unique to your needs.
This first routine might start you onto your pathway workout routines or it might be a foundation routine which is laying down key exercises first because of what was found during your assessment..
Step 5:
Onto your pathway
​
Once Step four is established we will move onto your unique pathway with your workout routines and nutrition guidance. This is also where you can decide how you wish me to help you along your pathway to a better game.
Performance Introduction pathway cost
The cost for the golf performance introduction pathway is £250 - 50% = £125!
This includes all the steps above and of course your bespoke report, results, pathway plan, nutrition and performance improvement routines.
Ongoing progress plans
Once we have your pathway organised it is your choice on how we proceed.

Some of my clients are happy to train with Ad hoc check-in's, while others need that highly focused and motivated approach of the Ultimate progress option, While my most popular plan is the Managed progress plan as it is ideal for those who wish to see if premium Online Personal Training is for them
